My birthday gift from Miles was an iPod Touch (2nd generation). He has the 1st generation Touch, so he’s admitted jealousy of my awesome speakers and sleekerness of mine. But I let him play with it if he wants to. I heart it. Here’s a picture of me and my best fwend.

• Celebrated many “first” holidays with Miles
• Experienced a couple job changes and pondered career changes
• Found success and failure in pregnancy
• Started our own podcast and yet another blog
• Made our home sans-cable
• Lost 36 pounds
• Contributed to 605 magazine in addition to several other freelance projects like Val Rausch for House, Crosswalk, Folded Mayhem, and more.
• Celebrated one year of marriage
• Purchased a new couch
• Said goodbye to the Gregg family dog, Sam
• Started drinking coffee almost daily
